THE POSITION:

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure customers maximize the value of our solutions. This role requires a profound technical background in the Power Transmission and Distribution domain, with an added emphasis on relationship management, and customer advocacy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure long-term success.

  • Upselling & Expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding our solutions within existing customer accounts.

  • Onboarding & Adoption: Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with their objectives.

  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within Heimdall Power, providing insights to the technical, product and sales teams to improve our offerings.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track customer KPIs and proactively address challenges to optimize value realization.

  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Power Transmission and Distribution industry or similar technical domains.

  • Strong understanding of grid technologies and grid operations

  • Fluency in English is required.

SKILLS:

  • High sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Comfortable in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management.

  • Ability to identify upsell opportunities and influence commercial expansion.

  • Comfortable to manage multiple projects, tasks, and customer interactions simultaneously.

  • Ability to work effectively within an international team.

  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional work outside standard business hours.
